Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers with implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Supervise and engage with children during playtime and outdoor activities
  • Provide support for children with special needs or behavioral challenges
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow staff members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with young children preferred
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, nurturing, and energetic personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
