StoneBridge Academy - Omaha is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Daycare Kitchen Staff!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children in accordance with USDA guidelines and dietary restrictions
  • Ensure the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with the childcare team to address any food allergies and dietary requirements of the children
  • Monitor food inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Engage with children during meal times and encourage healthy eating habits

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a kitchen setting, preferably in a daycare or school environment
  • Knowledge of nutrition guidelines for young children
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus
